Bagaimana merebus kepiting yang benar?
Rebus kepiting dengan air secukupnya dalam panci berukuran besar. Tambahkan 1-2 sdm garam.
Masukan kepala kepiting lebih dahulu lalu badannya. Rebus selama 10-15 menit sampai warna kepiting kemerahan. Jika ingin daging yang matang, rebus selama 15-20 menit.
